In today's complex global landscape, marked by wars, violence, and political unrest, we face unprecedented crises that span political, economic, social, and cultural spheres. Amidst this turmoil, it's imperative for our nation to carve out its own path in religious, cultural, social, and economic arenas. To meet this critical need, the Sahar Dialogue Center has been established as an independent, national, none profit and neutral platform committed to initiating and sustaining meaningful dialogue and debate on essential topics with relevant stakeholders.
Part 1:
- Advise government officials and leaders to ensure governance is accountable to the people through transparent mechanisms.
- Offer full support to anti-narcotics campaigns and engage in negotiations with international bodies to secure comprehensive support for these efforts.
- Facilitate the involvement of experts, professionals, specialists, and investors/business community from both domestic and international communities in the country’s reconstruction.
- Provide pertinent advice to government officials on drafting a constitution.
- Unite all parties to a common ground.
- Enhance the country's management and leadership capabilities during times of crises and challenges.
- Identify opportunities and challenges within the country.
- Promote a culture of negotiation and bolster ideological cooperation.

- Embrace the belief that no Afghan is an enemy to each others, initiating peace and stability in Afghanistan through mutual understanding.
- Champion brotherhood and combat prejudice.
- Negotiate the lifting of economic sanctions and the unfreezing of Afghanistan's assets.

- Gather essential information, categorize, disintegrate, and analyze it.
- Endeavor to expand national and international relationships and interactions.
- Coordinate and share ideas widely.

- Create a network of Afghan elites to improve negotiation efficacy.

- Continue negotiations to establish a mechanism for positive interaction between Afghanistan, especially with the US and Western countries.
- Set up a transparent and long-term cooperation mechanism between the Afghan government and active international humanitarian entities based on negotiation, aiming to expand humanitarian aid and health services from short-term to long-term.

- Attract international aid to combat poverty and unemployment through dialogue.
- Act as an advisory group to the country's management and leadership.
- Play a pivotal role in national development by advising government officials, offering intellectual support, planning programs, etc.
